For a long time, I thought I could piece together tips and tricks from the internet into a magic formula that would work for me. But it's just not that simple. It wasn't until I hired a coach that I realized the importance of having an industry expert teach me how to train and eat specifically for my body type and goals.

Now as an ACE Certified Personal TrainerCertified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, and #Moderation365 Nutritional Consultant, I've become that industry expert for so many people. I teach my clients how to build a healthy lifestyle that is effective, sustainable, and most of all, enjoyable.
